Terms of Service

These terms cover your use of Zaban on the web, iOS and Android. By creating an account you agree to them.

Accounts

You must be 13 or older to create an account. Keep your password private; you're responsible for activity on your account.

Plans and free trial

• Monthly ($12.99) and yearly ($59.99) plans include a 3-day free trial, once per account. We show the exact charge date before you pay and email you the day before.
• Lifetime ($199) is a one-time payment. Buying Lifetime cancels an active subscription without a refund for the remaining time.
• The Family plan ($99.99/year) covers up to 5 people and has no trial. If the owner cancels, members keep access until the end of the paid period.
• Every plan includes every language.

Cancellation

Cancel anytime from Account → Cancel subscription or by emailing support@speakzaban.com. Access continues until the end of the billing period. Subscriptions bought through Apple or Google are cancelled in their stores.

Refunds

Monthly plans can be refunded within 3 days of a charge and yearly plans within 7 days. Lifetime purchases are not refundable. Polar acts as merchant of record for web purchases.

Content

Lessons, audio and translations are for personal learning. Machine translations may vary by dialect; report wrong ones from the app and a reviewer will check them.
